Ground Bison from @wildfork- 1lb

Gochujang - 1/3 cup 

Coconut Cream - 10oz

Gluten Free Rigatoni - 1lb

Large Shallot,, finely chopped - 1 medium 

Dorot Gardens Crushed Garlic - 2 pods


It’s said that Bison meat offers a healthier fatty acid profile compared to beef, making it less likely to cause inflammation associated with other red meats. In fact, its abundance of anti-inflammatory omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, CLA, and selenium may help lower inflammation and reduce the risk of certain cancers.


With nearly 25% fewer calories than beef, bison is also lower in total and saturated fat. Its leaner composition results in finer fat marbling, which enhances tenderness and creates a softer texture.
