Parmesan Crusted Salmon

Ready in just 20 mins, you’ll love this perfectly seasoned Mediterranean-style salmon dish. NOT your average salmon with lemon dish, this is bursting with parmesan flavor!


THE GOODS

Parmesan Crusted Salmon

- 1 1/2 lbs wild caught salmon

- 4 tbsp ghee, softened 

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 4 cloves garlic minced

- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


THE HOW

1. Preheat the oven to 375*F (190*C). 

2. Rinse and pat dry wild caught salmon 

3. Coat a glass baking dish with a thin layer of olive oil (not the 1tbsp) and place salmon in the baking dish.

4. Combine in a small bowl, softened ghee, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. Mix well.

5. Spread the mixture over the salmon, covering it evenly.

6. Cover a glass baking dish with foil.

 7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes with a fork.

8. Carefully unwrap the foil and broil the salmon for 3 minutes to brown the top.

9. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 3 minutes.

10. Enjoy!
