Avocado Crusted Salmon

Avocado Crusted Salmon

THE GOODS

1.5 lb Wild Caught Salmon Filet

Salt - pinch

Fresh Cracked Pepper - pinch

Garlic Powder - 1.5 tsp

Smoked Paprika - 1 tsp

Chili Lime Seasoning - 1 tbsp

Butter or Ghee - 1 tbsp

Avocado - 2

Crushed Walnuts - 3 tbsp

Chopped Dill - 2 tbsp

Crumbled Feta - sprinkle as desired


THE HOW - Salmon

1. Preheat the oven to 400*F.

2. Rinse and pat dry wild caught salmon.

3. Place salmon on baking sheet lined with unbleached baking parchment paper.

4. Season salmon with couple of pinches of salt, fresh cracked pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili lime seasoning.

5. Top with butter or ghee and bake 15-17 minutes


THE HOW - Avocado Crust

  1. Combine in a bowl avocados, zest of 1 lime, juice of half of lime, 3-4 toasted and cooled crushed walnuts, chopped dill, couple pinches of salt, chili lime seasoning and mix well

  2. Spread on Salmon

  3. Add Crumbled Feta

  4. Enjoy!


Serve with brown rice or quinoa for additional source of protein,
