One-Pan Mixed Berry High-Protein Oatmeal

I tried the TikTok trend  One-Pan Mixed Berry Oatmeal  but I made it to be a high protein oatmeal which means it will keep you fuller, longer. With a 5 minute prep time this is a great breakfast choice. Serve it with honey and vanilla greek yogurt for an additional protein boost.






THE GOODS

2 ripe bananas

2 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 cup almond milk

1 cup egg whites ( if you are vegan use 2 cups milk of choice instead)

1/2 tsp almond extract

2 cups mixed frozen berries


THE HOW

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spray a baking dish generously with cooking spray.

Mash the bananas well.

Add the organic oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, almond milk, egg whites and almond extract.

Stir well, then add the frozen berries on top

Bake for 30-35 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.

Remove from oven, serve with honey and yogurt

Enjoy!
