Ingredients
▢ Boneless Chicken Thighs
▢ 2 tbs @tonychacheres seasoning
▢ 1/2 cup honey
▢ 1/4 lemon juice
▢ 1 tbs rice vinegar/ white vinegar
▢ 1 tbs light soy sauce
▢ 3 tbs minced garlic
▢ 1-2 tbs chili flakes
▢ 4 tbs olive oil
▢ Chopped fresh cilantro
▢ Sliced green onion/spring onion
▢ Sliced Lemons
How to Make
Honey Lemon Chicken
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Rinse and pat dry chicken on paper towel.
3. Season chicken on both sides.
4. Whisk honey, lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic and chilil flakes in a bowl to make the glaze.
5. Pour half of the glaze and olive oil on chicken.
6. Cook on med-high heat in a oven safe pan until golden brown. Chicken shouldn’t be cooked inside.
7. Add the remaining glaze and whole garlic cloves in pan.
8. Turn chicken skin side up and place pan in the oven to bake 45 minutes.
9. Garish with cilantro and lemon slices.
10. Enjoy!
