Creamy Salmon Gluten Free Pasta

This recipe is by far one of the easiest pasta dish you can find. It is packed full of rich and creamy flavor. All you need is an air fryer, if you don't have one you can easily use the oven. I made this dish with

THE GOODS
8 oz. salmon (skinless, cubed)
1 cup cooked pasta
2 tbsp parsley (freshly chopped)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp olive oil
ALFREDO SAUCE
1/2 Tbsp of Ghee or Butter
½ Cup Cream (can also use coconut milk, evaporated milk, or half/half)
1/3 Cup Parmesan (freshly grated)
3 Cups of Spinach
2 Cloves of Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
THE HOW: AIR FRIED SALMON
Dice your salmon into 1 inch cubes.
Season your salmon to your liking, season with 1 tsp of each of the following: salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and cayenne.
Preheat your Air Fryer to 390.
Grease your air fryer basket and add your salmon bites for 9-11 minutes depending on your air fryer. If you are baking in the oven, bake for about 15 minutes.
THE HOW: Alfredo Sauce
Warm your ghee and cream in a large saucepan over low heat. You will let it simmer (but not boil) for about 2 minutes.
Whisk in your garlic and other seasonings. Whisking constantly for about one minute just to let the garlic cook.
Add your parmesan cheese and chopped spinach, stir just until the cheese has melted and your sauce is smooth.
