Air Fried Peach Crumble

This recipe will satisfy your sweet cravings without any guilt. Use it as a healthy dessert or a recharging snack. You can add a scoop of your favorite plant-based frozen yogurt or ice cream flavor.

THE GOODS: PEACHES

+ 2 ripe peaches

+ Coconut Oil

+ Agave


THE GOODS: CRUMBLE

+ 1/3 Cup Oats and Flax Seeds

+ 1/4 Cup Almond Flour

+ 2 tbsp Agave

+ 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

+ Dash of Vanilla

THE TOPPINGS

+ Dairy-Free Vanilla Ice Cream

+ Cinnamon


THE HOW

1. Wash the Peaches, Slice in half and remove the pits

2. Spread Coconut Oil on top of the peaches and drizzle agave

3. Air fry the peaches for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F


While peaches are baking, prepare the crumble.

4. Add all of the crumble ingredients to a bowl and mix all.

Once the peaches are done baking, divide up the crumble topping and place it on top of each peach slice

Air fry the peaches a second time with the crumble on top for 2-3 minutes

Transfer the peaches to a plate and top them with vanilla ice cream and cinnamon.
